Cold Call Outreach Specialist

We are a premium real estate media company producing cinematic photography, video, and more for top real estate agents and developers. We're growing fast and need a confident, articulate outreach specialist to help us expand our client base through direct phone outreach.

This is a long-term role with consistent hours and room to grow for the right person.

What you'll be doing:

- Making outbound cold calls to real estate agents using a proven script and objection handling system
- Logging every call with outcome, agent response, and follow-up notes
- Sending follow-up texts or emails after calls where applicable
- Reporting daily call volume and outcomes
- All calls tracked and monitored for quality and accountability

What we're looking for:

- Fluent, neutral English with clear, confident phone presence
- Previous cold calling or phone outreach experience required
- Comfortable with rejection and able to stay energetic across a full shift
- Reliable internet connection and VOIP compatible setup
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and honest with reporting
- Available during North American Pacific business hours

This starts part-time with consistent weekly hours. For the right person this grows into a larger role within the business.
