JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Paid Ads Manager who knows how to turn great copy into high-performing campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.

About the Role
You’ll take proven ad copy and transform it into fully built, optimized, and managed campaigns. Your job is to make sure the right people see the right message at the right time—and that those clicks turn into leads and sales.
This is not a “set it and forget it” role. This is a watch the data, tweak the magic, scale what works kind of role.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and launch campaigns using provided ad copy
Set up and manage campaigns inside Facebook and Google platforms
Create audiences, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audiences
Monitor performance daily (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS—you speak this language)
Test creatives, headlines, and targeting to improve results
Optimize campaigns to lower costs and increase conversions
Manage budgets and scaling strategies
Provide simple, clear performance reports (no confusing jargon)
Collaborate on strategy and bring ideas to improve results
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience running ads on Facebook and Google
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
Ability to analyze data and make smart optimization decisions
Experience with lead generation and/or digital product funnels (big plus)
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly
Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel or funnel-based businesses

Campaigns are launched quickly and correctly
Cost per lead decreases over time
Winning ads are scaled confidently
You bring insights—not just reports
You treat the ad budget like it’s your own money
