Full-Stack Developer (Systems & Automation) Remote

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to support and enhance our web platforms and internal systems. In this role, you will collaborate with operations and content teams to roll out improvements, resolve technical issues, and contribute to continuous development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the upkeep and performance of company websites and web applications
-Enhance and maintain both client-facing dashboards and internal systems
-Develop and deploy new features, updates, and interface improvements
-Identify and resolve bugs, system errors, and performance bottlenecks
-Maintain system reliability, security, and scalability
-Handle integrations with external tools and APIs
-Contribute to ongoing system enhancements aligned with business requirements

Required Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Full-Stack Development
-Strong English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
-Solid frontend development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript with modern frameworks such as React and Vue
-Strong backend development experience using Node.js and Python, including scripting with Bash in server environments
-Proven experience in managing databases such as MySQL and NoSQL, including schema design, querying, and optimization
-Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, including themes, plugins, and customizations within PHP-based -environments
-Experience in building and integrating APIs using REST/HTTP protocols and JSON
-Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, including deployment and system management
-Experience using automation tools like N8N or Zapier with event-driven workflows and API triggers

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience supporting internal tools or operational platforms built on custom web stacks or low-code systems
-Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles applied through frontend frameworks and design systems
-Familiarity with performance tuning and security practices across web applications and cloud environments

Work Schedule: 3 PM - 11 PM (Philippine Time)
