We're a B2B natural ingredient distributor on a clear path to $100M. You'll own the full commercial engine — marketing, sales, and everything in between — and build it and improve it to scale.
What you'll do:
Lead marketing — SEO, content,
Manage sales — Coach a team of SDRs, CSM and Content from first outreach through closed deal. Own the full pipeline.
Connect the dots — Align marketing and sales into one coherent GTM engine with measurable ROI.
Drive growth — Use data, AI tools, and automation to surface opportunities and hit month-over-month targets.
What we're looking for:
7+ years in B2B sales and marketing, ideally in a high-growth company
Fluent in Zoho CRM and modern marketing automation stacks
Hands-on AI and automation experience — this is a hard requirement
Strong SEO, content strategy, and
A builder's mindset — you thrive with ownership and move fast
