StoryChat is an AI character chat and interactive storytelling platform with a fast-growing global subscriber base.
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing & Creator Partnerships Manager to help us grow paid subscribers through hands-on paid acquisition and ad creative execution.
This is not a general admin or social media support role.
We’re specifically looking for someone who has personally run paid ads, tested audiences and creatives, improved campaign performance, and can also support creator outreach and short-form content execution.
You’ll work directly with the founding team and see the impact of your work in real time.

What You’ll Own
1) Paid Acquisition (Main Priority)
You will be responsible for directly managing and improving paid campaigns across:

* YouTube Ads
* TikTok Ads
* Reddit Ads
This includes:
* Planning, launching, and optimizing paid ad campaigns
* Setting up audiences, targeting, placements, and campaign structure
* Running A/B tests on creatives, hooks, copy, and targeting
* Improving CTR, lowering CPC/CPA, and helping increase paid subscriber conversion
* Monitoring campaign performance and making decisions based on data
2) Ad Creative Production (Main Priority)
You should be comfortable creating or directing ad creatives fast.
This includes:
* Writing ad copy designed to maximize CTR and conversion
* Producing short-form video ads for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and paid ads
* Creating or adapting images/videos using AI tools and/or design tools
* Testing different hooks, formats, angles, and messages to find winners
Tools can include things like:
* CapCut
* Canva
* Photoshop / Premiere / similar tools
* AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, Claude, Grok, etc.
3) Creator Outreach & Partnerships (Secondary)
You will also help identify and contact creators who could be strong partners for StoryChat.
This includes:
* Finding YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram creators who fit our audience
* Reaching out to creators directly
* Managing conversations and follow-ups
* Negotiating partnership terms within budget
* Helping us build repeatable creator partnership workflows
4) Organic Social Support (Secondary)
You may also help us post and grow StoryChat’s own:
* TikTok
* Instagram
* YouTube Shorts
This is a secondary responsibility, not the main focus of the role.

Must-Haves
* English proficiency test score taken within the last 5 years
(include the test name, score, and date in your application — OnlineJobs.ph test or equivalent is fine)
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience directly running paid ads on:
*
* YouTube and/or
* TikTok
Reddit Ads experience is a strong plus
* Experience with:
* audience targeting
* campaign setup
* A/B testing
* creative testing
* performance optimization
* Ability to create or edit ad creatives for performance marketing
* Experience using AI tools for image/video generation or creative support
* Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets / Google Drive
* Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators and managing partnership conversations
* Comfortable with short daily check-ins and async written updates

* Strong direct-response copywriting skills
* Proven history of improving CTR, CPC, CPA, or ROAS
* TikTok or YouTube Shorts performance marketing experience
* Reddit paid ads experience
* CapCut or other video editing proficiency

Schedule
* Full-time, Monday to Friday
* 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Manila time
(8 working hours + 1 hour lunch)
* 3 quick daily stand-ups
(~5–10 min each: start of day, mid-day, end of day)
* 100% remote / work from home

Compensation & Evaluation
* ?6,000 per week
(approx. ?26,000 per month)
* Paid weekly
* 3-month evaluation period
* Confirmed long-term full-time role upon successful review

What “Successful Review” Looks Like (Month 3 Targets)
You’ll be evaluated using clear, measurable KPIs.
Hitting most of these means strong performance for full-time confirmation:
* Paid ad CTR
* Average ? 1.5% on
* Average ? 0.8% on YouTube in-stream ads
* Cost per new paid subscriber (CPA)
* Under $12 by the end of month 3
* Or at least 20% improvement from initial baseline campaigns
* Creative output
* At least 3 new short-form ad creatives per week
* Approx. 12 per month
* Creator outreach
* Minimum 40 creators contacted per month
* At least 3 active creator partnerships / collabs landed by month 3
* Reporting
* Weekly performance report submitted every Friday, on time, with no gaps
* Communication
* Present and responsive in all 3 daily stand-ups
* Proactive in flagging blockers and next steps

If your background is mostly:
* general virtual assistance
* admin support
* social media scheduling
* posting content without managing paid campaigns directly
then this role is probably not the right fit.
We are specifically prioritizing candidates who have owned performance marketing execution themselves.
