Product Upload and Description Update - Australian Time Zone

We are a furniture brand in Australia. We need a reliable product uploader to load new products into our Magento 2 store. Strong Photoshop skills are more important to us than any specific platform. If you have uploaded products to Shopify, Amazon, or any similar platform, you can learn our admin process in a week.
What you will do

• Pull the five render images for each product from our shared folder.
• Resize, compress, and prepare the images in Photoshop to our supplied specification.
• Log in to the store admin through the scoped user account we provide (you only see the areas you need).
• Create the product, upload the images, assign categories from a supplied list.
• Use a supplied ChatGPT prompt to draft the product title, meta fields, and descriptions, then check the output against the product data sheet.
• Save the product. We review and publish it.
• Log the work in a shared Google Sheet.

Must have
• Two or more years uploading products to any e-commerce platform. Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar are all acceptable.
• Strong Photoshop skills, or equivalent (Affinity Photo, GIMP). You can resize, crop, compress, and clean up product images without supervision.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT to draft product content from a brief.
• Professional written English.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated work computer.
• Available to work 10am to 5pm Sydney Australian time (AEST, UTC plus 10), Monday to Friday. This is a fixed schedule, not flexible hours.



1. Send a cover letter of no more than 200 words, in your own words. Do not use ChatGPT or a template to write this. The cover letter must include the word "banquette" so we know you read this advert, and it must answer these three specific questions: (a) what is the maximum file size we require for product images, (b) what image editing software do you use and what version, (c) how many products can you upload in a full working day when you are fully trained on a product type.

2. Send your resume in PDF format, not Word. Maximum two pages. List each e-commerce platform you have worked with and the approximate number of products you have personally uploaded on each.







3 State your hourly rate in US dollars and your preferred start date.
