Bilingual Sales Caller & Content Assistant (English/Tagalog) – Senior Care Platform

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Tagalog) virtual assistant to support outreach and content creation for MyElderHub ( ---------- ), a California-based online marketplace connecting families with licensed senior care facilities and residential board and care homes.
About MyElderHub
We are a new platform built to make senior care easier for families to navigate. Our model is simple and transparent — no referral fees, ever. Facilities pay a flat monthly subscription to be listed. We are currently in launch phase and growing our provider network across California.
Role Overview
This is a part-time remote role with two main responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls (Primary)
• Make cold and warm outreach calls to California RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) operators from a provided contact list
• Introduce MyElderHub, explain our free 90-day trial offer, and invite operators to create a listing
• Many of our target facilities are owned and operated by Filipino families — Tagalog fluency is a strong advantage for building rapport
• Log all call outcomes in a simple tracking sheet (we will provide)
• Follow a provided script; ability to handle objections naturally and conversationally
2. Content & Marketing Support (Secondary)
• Write blog articles for our “Hub Corner” content section (topics provided — senior care, dementia, family guidance)
• Assist with Facebook posts, email drafts, and other marketing copy
• Strong written English required; SEO awareness is a plus
You Are a Great Fit If You:
• Speak fluent English and Tagalog
• Have experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B outreach
• Are comfortable speaking with small business owners in a friendly, consultative tone — not high-pressure
• Can write clearly and professionally in English
• Are reliable, self-directed, and communicate proactively
