Full-Time Virtual Assistant for Equipment Sales (Facebook + Lead Handling)

We are a fast-growing equipment sales company based in the United States looking for a reliable, long-term Virtual Assistant to help grow our online presence and generate more sales.

You will be helping post equipment listings, respond to customers, and assist in daily operations.

This is a long-term position with room to grow.

Responsibilities:

* Post equipment ads on Facebook Marketplace & groups daily
* Renew and repost listings to keep them active
* Respond to Facebook messages quickly and professionally
* Send basic info to interested buyers (price, location, specs)
* Keep track of leads and conversations
* Assist with Craigslist posting (we will train you)
* Help organize listings and inventory

Bonus (not required but a plus):

* Experience with Facebook Marketplace
* Experience with Craigslist posting
* Basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
* Experience with sales or customer service

Pay:

* Starting at $4–$6/hour depending on experience
* Opportunity for bonuses based on performance
* Potential for full-time long-term position

Hours:

* 40 hours per week (flexible schedule, must overlap some U.S. time)

* Reliable internet connection
* Must be organized and responsive
* Must be willing to learn and follow instructions
