Generative AI Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and technically proficient Generative AI Specialist to join our 3D marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality AI-generated images and videos that support our marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and visual content pipeline. You will work at the intersection of creative art direction and cutting-edge AI tooling to deliver stunning 3D visual content at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, refine, and iterate on AI-produced 3D images and videos using industry-leading tools (e.g., Midjourney, Seedance 2.0, Kling 3.0, Sora, ComfyUI, etc.)
- Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into clear, effective AI prompts and workflows
- Apply strong art direction principles to ensure all outputs are on-brand, visually compelling, and production-ready
- Build and manage node-based workflows (e.g., ComfyUI, Blender Geometry Nodes, Weavy AI or similar) to automate and customize AI generation pipelines
- Collaborate with creative directors, marketers, and 3D artists to align AI-generated content with campaign goals
- Edit, composite, and post-process AI-generated assets for final delivery across digital marketing channels
- Stay current with the latest AI image/video generation models, techniques, and tools
- Maintain an organized content library of assets, prompts, and workflow templates

Requirements Technical Skills

- Proficiency in AI image and video generation platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Seedance 2.0, Kling 3.0, Sora, ComfyUI, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of node-based tools and workflows - experience with ComfyUI, Blender (Geometry/Shader Nodes), or similar node-based execution environments is essential
- Familiarity with 3D rendering concepts, lighting, materials, and camera composition as applied to AI generation
- Comfortable working with prompt engineering techniques - including negative prompting, LoRA/ControlNet inputs, and style referencing
- Basic post-production skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
- Creative & Art Direction
- Demonstrated ability to art direct AI-generated content, understands how to guide visual outputs toward a defined aesthetic, not just generate random results
- Strong eye for composition, color theory, typography integration, and brand consistency
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into a clear visual direction
- Portfolio showcasing AI-generated 3D marketing visuals (images and/or video)

Soft Skills

- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual quality control
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Strong communicator, able to give and receive creative feedback constructively
- Self-motivated and proactive in exploring new tools and techniques

Nice to Have

- Experience with traditional 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine)
- Background in motion design or video production
- Familiarity with AI upscaling and enhancement tools (Topaz, Magnific AI, etc.)
- Experience working within a brand or marketing agency context
