About the Role:
We are looking for a Remote Sales Associate (U.S. Pacific Time) to join our car detailing and cleaning service. The ideal candidate is confident in making calls, engaging with people, and helping us grow our client base. This role combines sales (cold calling, lead follow-up, and appointment setting) with admin support to keep processes organized.

What You’ll Do
Make 30+ daily sales calls (B2B and B2C).
Respond to inbound leads from campaigns, forms, calls, and social channels.
Convert leads into bookings and upsells.
Use a CRM to track leads, notes, and tasks.
Build strong client relationships with follow-ups, feedback requests, etc.
Build and maintain lists of prospects.
Attend weekly tea
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, lead gen, or appointment setting).
Proven success in B2B and B2C cold calling.
Fluent English speaker.
Someone quick on their feet.
Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, and using a CRM.
Highly motivated and works well without being micromanaged.
Stable internet and reliable work from home setup.
