JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Senior Operations Agent to run critical parts of our operations.

This is not a basic VA job.

You are responsible for making sure orders get executed — even when things go wrong.

If you’re fast, resourceful, and know how to work people to get things done, you’ll thrive here.

About Us

We are a U.S.-based waste management company providing dumpster rentals and site services nationwide.

We’re a lean, high-performance team. We win by moving faster, solving problems better, and building strong vendor relationships.

What This Role Actually Is

Our system is evolving quickly.

Basic tasks are being automated.

That means your job is focused on what can’t be automated:

* Solving real-time problems
* Calling vendors immediately to secure availability
* Negotiating pricing, timing, and service outcomes
* Building relationships so vendors prioritize our jobs
* Handling edge cases and exceptions
* Making decisions without waiting

You will not be speaking with customers.

You will be working directly with vendors (“dispatch”) and internally with the team.

What Success Looks Like

* You get vendors to say “yes” when others can’t
* You negotiate better outcomes (price, timing, service)
* Vendors recognize your name and respond quickly
* Orders get handled fast and correctly
* Problems are solved before they escalate
* The team trusts you to take full ownership

Core Responsibilities

* Place and manage orders (delivery, pickup, swaps, relocations)
* Call vendors to confirm availability and push for faster timelines
* Negotiate pricing, fees, and service terms when needed
* Build and maintain strong vendor relationships over time
* Proactively solve issues (delays, missed jobs, conflicts)
* Keep all job records accurate and updated
* Coordinate with the internal team to keep everything aligned
* Handle exceptions that automation cannot

This role involves constant phone work, negotiation, and fast decision-making.

Work Schedule (Strict Requirement)

* Monday–Friday
* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
* 1-hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks

If you cannot consistently work this schedule, do not apply.

?

Compensation

* Base: $7/hour (starting)
* Performance-based bonuses with real upside

High performers can increase total monthly compensation by 40–50%+.

Bonuses are tied to:

* Reliability and responsiveness
* Operational performance
* Team results and execution

This is designed so people who take ownership and perform get paid more.

Non-Negotiables (Read Carefully)

Do not apply if any of the below are not true:

* You are comfortable making phone calls frequently
* You can negotiate confidently and push for better outcomes
* You respond quickly and follow up consistently
* You think independently and make decisions
* You are reliable and show up on time every day
* You pay attention to detail and avoid careless mistakes

Ideal Candidate Traits

* Fast thinker and fast executor
* Strong communicator (clear, confident English)
* Comfortable negotiating and handling pushback
* Builds relationships naturally
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Proactive and solution-focused
* Calm under pressure

Bonus Points

* Operations, logistics, or dispatch experience
* Experience negotiating with vendors or suppliers
* Experience in dumpster rental or waste management
* Strong Google Sheets / CRM experience

Application Instructions (Important – Read Carefully)

To be considered, follow these steps exactly:

1. Subject Line

Start your application with:
“Fast Operator – [Your Name]”

2. Include a 2–3 Minute Video

Record a short video answering:

* Why you’re a good fit for this role
* A time you had to negotiate or push someone to get a result
* How you build relationships with vendors or partners

3. Answer These Questions

1. Describe a time you negotiated a better outcome (price, timing, or service). What was your approach?
2. Tell me about a time you had to act quickly without full information. What did you do?
3. Describe a mistake you made at work. What happened and how did you handle it?
4. What does “ownership” mean to you in this role?
5. What backup plans do you have for internet or power outages?

Final Note

This role is about getting things done through other people.

Not just sending messages — but pushing, following up, and building relationships so things happen faster and better over time.

If you’re strong at that, you’ll stand out very quickly.
