Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Cold Caller (Virtual Assistant) to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in real estate cold calling and has worked with U.S.-based clients. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners, buyers, and prospects
Follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation
Identify motivated sellers and qualify leads
Accurately update CRM systems with call notes and lead information
Set appointments for acquisitions team or clients
Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets

Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate cold calling
Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients is required
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong phone presence and persuasive speaking ability
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
Familiarity with CRM tools and dialers (e.g., Mojo, CallTools, BatchDialer)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in wholesaling, acquisitions, or real estate lead generation
Knowledge of U.S. real estate market and terminology
