Inside Sales

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from potential customers as well as conducting outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities. Your primary goal will be to schedule consultations and close qualified leads for home improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries about services and products
    •    Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
    •    Qualify customer needs and schedule in-home or virtual consultations
    •    Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
    •    Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless project handoffs
    •    Meet and exceed monthly sales and call volume targets

Qualifications:
    •    Prior inside sales or customer service experience preferred (home improvement or construction industry experience a plus)
    •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    •    Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
    •    Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
    •    Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
    •    Positive attitude and a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
