Chiropractic Office VA – CRM, Content & Patient Communications

7th Avenue Chiropractic is a cash-based chiropractic and rehab clinic located in Anoka, MN. We specialize in 60-minute, 1-on-1 sessions with a movement-based, root-cause approach. No insurance, no cookie-cutter protocols, no rushing. Dr. Hunter sees patients directly every visit and is building a growing practice with big goals. We're looking for a sharp, self-directed VA to help take backend operations off his plate so he can focus on patients and growth.

You're a Great Fit If You:
Are highly organized and proactive, you don't wait to be told what to do next
Can figure things out independently (Google it, YouTube it, come back with a solution)
Have experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM (this is a strong plus, please note your GHL experience in your application)
Are comfortable with social media, writing captions, understanding content flow, scheduling posts
Have worked with a healthcare practice, small business, or service-based business before
Communicate clearly and respond promptly, we move fast
Can work during Central Standard Time (CST) overlap hours, availability between 8am–6pm CST preferred

Hours & Pay:
Part-time: approximately 20 hours/week to start
Strong performers will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time role
