I’m a Bay Area Realtor looking for a creative, reliable Virtual Assistant who understands marketing and lead generation — not just task execution.

-->What You’ll Do
Build and manage landing pages & funnels in GoHighLevel
Create lead magnets
Maintain and update website content
Create and post content across:
* Instagram (posts + reels)
* YouTube (shorts/videos)
* TikTok
*Facebook (post + reels)
* X
* LinkedIn

Write engaging captions and marketing copy
Help generate seller and buyer leads
Keep branding consistent and polished

-->REQUIRED (Do NOT apply if you don’t have these)
Strong written English
Advanced-level GoHighLevel (GHL) experience (funnels + automations + website management|creation)
Canva (design) + CapCut (video editing)
Social media ad management experience with Instagram (posts + reels), YouTube (shorts/videos), TikTok, Facebook (posts + reels) LinkedIn
Experience working with U.S.-based Realtors
Must be able to provide U.S. real estate references
Must have built at least 2 real estate funnels (landing page + automation)

-->Compensation
Part-time: 10 hours per week
-->$500 USD bonus for each lead you generate that results in a closed transaction (You must be the procuring cause)
