We're growing fast and hiring a Cold Call Specialist to help us reach U.S. small business owners and book discovery calls with our sales team.


#LET'S TALK ABOUT THE MONEY FIRST

We believe in rewarding results. Here's what your earnings actually look like:

• Base pay: $4 USD/hour × 4 hours/day × 20 working days = $320/month guaranteed
• Performance bonus: +$10 USD for every discovery call that the prospect actually attends
• Realistic target: Our leads are pre-qualified small business owners who genuinely need this service. We expect a good caller to book 1–2 attended discovery calls per day — that's an extra $10–$20/day in bonuses
• Monthly bonus potential: 20–40 attended calls × $10 = $200–$400/month

Your expected total: $520–$720/month for a 4-hour/day part-time role.

Your entire daytime is free. This is a side income that pays like a full-time job.

Low End: Base $320 + Bonus $200 = $520/month
High End: Base $320 + Bonus $400 = $720/month

Payment is via PayPal, weekly (base hours + bonuses included each week).


SCHEDULE: 4 HOURS/DAY, MONDAY–FRIDAY

9:00 PM – 1:00 AM Philippine Time (= 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time)

This is the prime calling window — American business owners just arrived at work, they're handling admin, and they're most likely to answer the phone. That's exactly why this shift exists: you're calling when they're picking up.


#WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Cold Calling (Primary Focus)
• Call U.S. small business owners using the lead lists we provide
• Introduce LeadKeep's AI receptionist service in a natural, friendly, and professional way
• Your goal: get the owner interested and book a discovery call with our Sales Rep
• Handle objections with confidence — "not interested" is just the start of the conversation
• Follow the call script we provide, but adapt naturally based on the flow

CRM Updates (During & After Calls)
• Update contact status in GoHighLevel (GHL) in real time
• Add tags, write call notes, and move contacts through the pipeline
• Keep records clean so the entire team knows what happened on every call


#WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have:
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent — this is our #1 requirement. You'll be calling U.S. business owners directly, so you must sound natural, professional, and trustworthy
• Proven cold calling experience — you've done this before and you're comfortable talking to strangers
• Confident and resilient — rejection motivates you, not discourages you
• Currently residing in the Philippines
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet calling environment
• Available for the schedule: 9 PM – 1 AM PHT, Mon–Fri

Nice-to-Have:
• B2B telemarketing or outbound sales experience
• Experience calling U.S.-based clients
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM
