Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are a fast-growing beauty brand preparing for a major retail and online expansion across Australia and the UK. Our brand sits closer to skincare than traditional tanning, with a focus on clean, minimal, elevated visuals.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented coordinator to support UGC and influencer outreach. This is a strategy and execution role focused on sourcing the right creators and managing outreach and communication.

What You’ll Be Doing
Research and identify creators that align with our brand aesthetic
Reach out to creators via Instagram DM and email
Track outreach, responses, and follow-ups in a clear system such as Google Sheets or Notion
Coordinate gifting and ensure creators receive products
Follow up to collect content and organise assets

Important
This role is focused on execution and coordination. All final approvals, creative direction, and brand decisions will be handled internally.

Strong attention to detail and organisation
Clear and professional written communication
Ability to follow direction and systems
Understanding of modern beauty and skincare content
Strong sense of aesthetic with a preference for clean, minimal, elevated visuals

Bonus but not required
Experience sourcing UGC creators
Familiarity with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands
Experience using Notion or similar tools
