JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

I run high-ticket coaching and info-product launches ($1,500 to $4,000 offers) using 3-day challenge funnels, VSL funnels, and webinar funnels. I handle marketing, content, offer strategy, client relationships, and managing the sales team myself.

I need someone to own the entire technical backend — the CRM, Zapier automations, Airtable reporting, Slack notifications, and the sales process plumbing that holds it all together.

You are NOT managing people. You are NOT training the sales team. You are NOT doing marketing. You are building, connecting, and maintaining the systems the team runs on.

Multiple launches coming up in the next 2 to 3 months, with at least 1 to 2 clients likely to continue long-term. Plenty of runway for the right person.

What You'll Actually Do:

1. CRM Build-Out (Close CRM or GoHighLevel)

- Full pipeline from scratch: Registered, Showed Up, Applied, Call Booked, Closed Mid-Ticket, Closed High-Ticket, No-Show, Dead

- Opportunity tags ($1,500 vs $4,000), source tags (IG, Email, SMS, Webinar, VSL)

- Custom fields, Smart Views per rep, workflows firing on stage changes
Triple-dial cadence with auto-generated tasks (Dial 1, wait 5 min, Dial 2, wait 15 min, Dial 3, auto-SMS, next-day task)

2. Zapier Automations (25 to 30 zaps)

- Typeform registration to CRM contact plus tag plus Slack #leads ping

- WebinarJam attended to CRM stage updates per day

- Calendly booking to Slack #bookings plus warming sequence plus 24h/2h/30min reminders

- Fanbasis/Whop successful payment to Slack #wins plus onboarding plus ---------- invite plus Whop access

- Failed payment to Slack #failed-payments plus closer task within 30 min

- Speed-to-lead alert (lead unworked over 5 min triggers Slack DM to dialer)

- No-show recovery, dispute handling, partial Typeform abandonment recovery

- EOD Airtable form submitted to auto-summary in Slack

3. Airtable Accountability Systems

- EOD report forms for dialers, closers, and DM setters

- Tracks dials, connects, sets, shows, pitches, closes, revenue, AOV

- Flows into Slack and feeds dashboards

4. Slack Operations Hub (15 to 20 channels with automated feeds)

#announcements, #leads, #bookings, #wins, #kpis, #successful-payments, #failed-payments, #no-shows, #post-call-notes, #qualified-applications, #free-course-opt-ins, #canceled-calls, #disputes-resolution, #selfie-video-requests, #dialer-eod-reports, #closer-eod-reports, #setter-eod-reports

5. Email and SMS Sequence Setup (ConvertKit and SendBlue)
I write the copy — you load it and set the trigger rules:

- Pre-challenge reminder sequences (6 weeks of hype)

- Post-challenge sequences (4 buckets based on lead behavior)

- Follow-up, nurture flows, and existing list broadcasts

6. Notion Documentation
Document the backend systems you build (CRM flow, Zap logic, Airtable process, troubleshooting guide). You're NOT writing sales scripts — that's on me.

What You Will NOT Be Doing
This role is 100% technical backend. You will not be:

- Managing or training the sales team

- Doing marketing, content, or ad work

- Writing sales scripts or SOPs for reps

- Running calls or talking to leads

Pure systems work — build it, connect it, test it, maintain it, fix it when it breaks.

Tools You Must Know
Expert-level required:

- Close CRM or GoHighLevel

- Zapier (multi-step, filters, paths, webhooks)

Solid hands-on required:
Typeform, Calendly, WebinarJam, ConvertKit, SendBlue, Airtable, Slack

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year in sales ops or CRM automation specifically for info products, online coaching, or high-ticket consulting (NOT e-commerce, NOT SaaS, NOT real estate)

- Built at least 2 CRM pipelines from scratch

- Built 15 plus multi-step Zaps with filters and branching logic

- Understand dialer/closer/setter workflows, triple-dialing, and speed-to-lead

4 plus hours/day overlap with US Eastern Time (9 AM to 9 PM ET)
Can start this week

Do Not Apply If You Are:

- A generic virtual assistant

- A Zapier freelancer who has never worked with a sales team

- A marketer or funnel builder

- A beginner planning to learn Close or GoHighLevel on my dime

Compensation and Structure:

Paid 2-week trial: $500 to $750 flat for first launch backend build

If trial goes well: Monthly retainer of $1,500 to $2,000/month for ongoing builds and maintenance
Multiple launches coming up with 1 to 2 clients likely long-term

Paid weekly via Wise, Payoneer, or PayPal

Hours:
30 to 40 hours/week during trial and active launches. Reduced maintenance hours between launches. Must overlap 4 plus hours/day with US Eastern Time.

Start Date:
Immediately — this week. First launch backend must be live and tested within 2 weeks.

How to Apply — All 6 Required:
Applications missing any of these will be automatically rejected.

1. Loom walkthrough (5 to 10 min) of a real Close CRM or GoHighLevel pipeline you built from scratch — show stages, tags, Smart Views, and workflows

2. Screenshot or Loom of a real multi-step Zapier zap with filters and at least one branching path, with explanation

3. One info-coaching launch you have worked on — offer, your role, what you built (NDAs okay, just describe)

4. Your rates — trial rate AND monthly retainer rate

5. Your time zone and daily ET overlap

6. Answer in 2 to 3 sentences: What is a triple-dial cadence, how do you build it in a CRM, and why does it matter for speed-to-lead?

I'm not reading text-only applications. Send the Loom — I need to see the actual work.
