Known for our exceptional quality workmanship and a friendly, collaborative approach, we're now expanding our international team and seeking an experienced Virtual Estimator in the Philippines to provide vital support to our senior estimators in Melbourne.

About Your Role
As a Virtual Estimator, you'll directly support our senior Australian estimators on a range of exciting projects windows and doors projects. Your role is crucial—helping ensure timely, accurate quotations and streamlined project delivery from your virtual office in the Philippines.

Working in the Australian time zone with a friendly, growing team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for aluminium windows, glass, and doors.
-Review and analyse architectural drawings, specifications, and project briefs.
-Provide ongoing support to senior estimators, assisting across multiple commercial and residential projects.
-Work with our team to submit tenders and win projects.
-Coordinate closely with the Australian team, suppliers, and stakeholders.
-Maintain organised documentation and support administrative processes.

Who We're Looking For:

-Minimum 3-5+ years' experience as an Estimator in windows, glass, and doors (aluminium systems preferred).
-YOU MUST HAVE AutoCAD/ ARCHITECT/ DRAFTSPERSON EXPERIENCE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE
-Experience and proficiency using V6 (Softtech) or Logikal (Orgadata) software is a fantastic skill (not required).
-Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organisational skills.
-Clear, professional communication in English (both written and verbal).
-A positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude—ready to become a valued part of our team!
