AI Avatar Course Creator (Video Production VA)

About the Role
We're looking for a creative, tech-savvy VA to help us produce AI avatar training courses. You'll be taking existing scripts and source materials and turning them into polished, on-demand video courses using AI avatar tools. This is production work — not writing, not strategy — just bringing the content to life efficiently and consistently.
What You'll Be Doing

Taking pre-written scripts and producing AI avatar videos from them
Using avatar creation tools to generate professional-looking course videos
Collaborating with internal teams to manage content intake and ensure finished videos are uploaded and organized correctly in our training platform
Organizing completed content into the correct folders and structure
Flagging anything that looks or sounds off before submitting

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience with AI avatar tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, or similar)
Comfortable working with video production pipelines
Strong attention to detail — output needs to look clean and professional
Able to work independently and move at a good pace without constant check-ins
Reliable internet and hardware capable of handling video work
Good written English for communication

What to Expect
The scripts are already written. Your job is to produce. We'll review your work as you go and provide feedback along the way. What matters most is clean output, clear communication, and the ability to fix things quickly when needed.
