I need someone to call building companies from google

I need someone to start working for me full time or mayb even part time on things like calling building companies to gain more work for my business wich I have 15 years experience in. I paint houses and commercial properties I am painter for many years have lots of experience I am after someone passionate to help me grow my business and if possible aswel to make a website also wich I already have but if u have experience in making sites and fb pages for more advertising I am happy to do also ..
