About Us:
We are building content around real-world community cleanup work and are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant from the Philippines who can help us edit videos, organize content, and support YouTube channel management. This role will start with one account and may expand to two accounts over time.

About the Role:
We need someone who is strong in video editing, understands YouTube content, and can also help with basic YouTube/social media management.

You will be taking daily raw footage and turning it into:

1–2 long-form YouTube videos per week
multiple short videos each week
The long-form videos will usually show the cleanup process from start to finish across the week.
The short-form videos will be 10–30 second highlight clips pulled from daily content.

This role will begin with support for one YouTube account, with the opportunity to grow into support for a second account as the workload expands.

We also want someone who is comfortable using English to respond to comments on YouTube as an admin in a professional and natural way.

Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into 1–2 long-form YouTube videos per week
Create multiple short-form clips from daily footage
Turn weekly cleanup content into clear and engaging stories
Pull strong highlight ---------- nts for short videos
Organize raw footage and keep content files in order
Upload or prepare YouTube videos
Help with titles, descriptions, thumbnails, scheduling, and posting
Respond to YouTube comments/messages professionally as an admin
Follow our editing style and brand direction
Work quickly and consistently with recurring content
Potentially support a second account as the role grows
Requirements:

Must be based in the Philippines
Strong English communication skills
Proven experience with video editing
Good understanding of YouTube long-form and short-form content
Able to edit content in a fast and organized way
Able to identify engaging clips and ---------- nts
Comfortable managing YouTube comments and audience engagement
Reliable internet and good communication
Detail-oriented and dependable
Preferred Skills:

Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Experience with YouTube Studio
Experience with social media content repurposing
Experience managing content for multiple brands or multiple channels
Experience editing documentary-style, vlog-style, or mission-driven content
