JOB OVERVIEW

Your Mission: you will be responsible for two things:

Creating organic video content that actually performs
Publishing that content consistently across social platforms

Simple. Not easy.

Core Responsibilities
1. AI-Powered Video Creation

You will create short-form organic videos using tools like Higgsfield or Tolstoy.

Content types include:

B-Roll Videos
Clean, aesthetic, scroll-stopping visuals
Text overlays that communicate quickly
Designed for attention and retention
UGC (User-Generated Style Content)
Feels real, not scripted
Conversational tone
Built to convert, not just look good
Brand Videos
Showcase product/service clearly
Highlight benefits, not just features
Align with brand voice and positioning

You should be able to:

Take a simple idea and turn it into a finished video
Add captions, hooks, and pacing that keep people watching
Follow content direction—but also bring your own ideas
2. Social Media Posting & Management

Once the content is created, you’ll get it out into the world.

Your responsibilities:

Post videos across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Write simple, engaging captions
Use relevant hashtags
Schedule content consistently
Organize and manage content calendar

Consistency matters more than perfection.

What We’re Looking For

Let me level with you…

We don’t care about fancy degrees.

We care about results and execution.

You should have:

Experience with Higgsfield, Tolstoy, or similar AI video tools
Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Ability to create videos that feel native to the platform
Basic editing skills (cuts, captions, pacing, hooks)
Reliable internet and ability to meet deadlines

Bonus if you:

Understand what makes content go viral
Have experience with UGC-style ads
Can think like a marketer, not just an editor
