JOB OVERVIEW

Job overview:
We're a US-based AI consulting firm (Mahlum Innovations, based in Montana) building custom AI operations platforms for mid-market manufacturers. We help 75–500 employee industrial companies replace 10+ disconnected tools with one unified platform. Recent build: a 170-employee, $50M+ Montana manufacturer.
We need an experienced outbound operations specialist to run our cold email and LinkedIn prospecting full-time. You'll own list-building, sequencing, reply triage, and metrics reporting. You will NOT be doing phone calls — this is async-only B2B outbound for technical and operational decision-makers (COOs, VPs of Operations, Plant Managers).
This is a long-term, full-time role. We are looking to build a multi-year working relationship, not hire for a project.
What you'll do (typical week):

Build and enrich prospect lists in Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (target: 1,000 net-new leads/week, all manually verified)
Upload and manage cold email campaigns in Instantly.ai (handle variable mapping, sequence assignment, send pacing)
Triage daily inbox replies into 5 categories: interested / not interested / wrong person / unsubscribe / out of office
Forward interested replies to founder's calendar with 2-3 sentences of context per lead
Run LinkedIn outreach: connection requests + 2-message DM sequences (capped at 100 connection requests/week)
Maintain daily metrics log in Google Sheets (sends, opens, replies, meetings booked)
Weekly Loom video update (5-10 min) covering what shipped, blockers, suggestions

Required experience (must have):

1+ year hands-on experience with Apollo.io OR Instantly.ai OR Smartlead OR similar cold email tools
1+ year hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong written English — you'll be writing reply triage notes and occasional sequence variants in US business English
Reliable internet (50 Mbps+ wired connection preferred) and backup option (mobile data, second ISP, or co-working space)
Quiet, professional work environment for occasional video calls
Comfortable working independently and managing your own daily schedule

Bonus experience (not required, but strong plus):

Experience selling into US manufacturing, industrial, or B2B SaaS markets
Familiarity with Clay.com, HubSpot CRM, Cal.com, Fathom, or Loom
Prior experience with US-based founders or solo operators (i.e., comfortable with async + Loom communication)
Understanding of email deliverability concepts (warmup, SPF/DKIM, sender reputation)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Time (1 hour unpaid lunch)
This is your day shift. Aligns with US Mountain Time evening — perfect for handing off positive replies to the founder for next-morning call booking.
13 paid Philippine holidays + 10 days PTO/year + 13th month bonus

Compensation:

$1,200 USD/month base salary, paid bi-weekly via Wise or Payoneer (you choose)
Performance bonus: $50 USD per booked discovery call beyond the first 5 in any given month
13th month bonus paid in December
6-month performance review with raise consideration to $1,400/mo if KPIs are met
Tools provided: Apollo, Instantly, Sales Nav seat, Google Workspace, Loom, Slack

90-day KPIs:

Month 1: 2,000 emails sent, 5 discovery calls booked
Month 2: 5,000 emails sent, 12 discovery calls booked
Month 3: 8,000 emails sent, 20+ discovery calls booked

HOW TO APPLY (read carefully — applications that don't follow these instructions will be auto-declined):
Send a single message to this job post that includes:

A 60-90 second Loom video introducing yourself and walking through ONE cold email campaign you've personally run. Tell me: what tool you used, what the ICP was, what your reply rate was, and one thing you'd do differently next time. Paste the Loom link in your reply.
Three sentences max answering this question: "If our reply rate dropped from 4% to 1.5% over 2 weeks, what are the first three things you'd check?"
Your DISC personality profile (link in your OnlineJobs.ph application) and your internet speed test result from speedtest.net (paste link or screenshot URL).
The word "manufacturing" somewhere in your reply (this is a filter to confirm you read this entire post).

Applications missing any of these four items will not be reviewed. Looking forward to seeing your work.
