Podcast Host (On-Camera) + Cold Caller – Guest Booking (Full-Time)

Description:
We run a podcast that features local home service businesses (contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc.) and are looking for a confident, on-camera host who can handle both guest outreach and hosting interviews.

This is a hybrid role combining:

Cold calling (to invite guests)
Hosting podcast interviews (on camera)

???? We provide the lead list — no prospecting required
???? This is not a sales role — you are booking guests and hosting conversations

What You’ll Be Doing:

Call businesses from our provided list
Invite them to be featured on our podcast (FREE exposure)
Schedule podcast recordings
Host short, engaging podcast interviews (10–20 minutes)
Keep conversations natural, professional, and enjoyable
Track outreach and bookings inside GoHighLevel (GHL)

Simple Call Script:
“Hey, this is (your name), we run a local podcast that spotlights businesses in your area — wanted to see if we could feature you. It’s 100% free.”

Work Schedule (IMPORTANT):

Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hawaii Time (HST)
Consistent availability is required

Compensation:

$1,000 – $1,500/month (fixed salary based on experience)

Requirements:

Strong English + clear, confident speaking voice
Comfortable and natural on camera (this is key)
Able to hold engaging conversations and make guests feel comfortable
Comfortable making outbound cold calls
Organized with scheduling and follow-ups
Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM is a plus
