We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our global expansion. This role will lead hiring in the Philippines and the United States across multiple functions. This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who knows how to source, engage, and close top talent across different markets.

Work Schedule:
• Fixed US business hours
• Must be available for graveyard shift (EST or PST alignment)
• Remote

Key Responsibilities:
• Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
• Build strong hiring pipelines for Lead Generation, Customer Service, and other roles in the Philippines
• Recruit for Field Sales, Production, and other key roles in the United States
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including:
• OnlineJobs.ph
• Facebook
• LinkedIn
• Indeed
• Craigslist
• Local community networks
• Ensure a professional and efficient candidate experience
• Track and manage recruitment funnel; provide weekly reports on pipeline activity and conversion rates

Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
• Minimum 2 years' experience recruiting for US-based roles
• Experience hiring for sales, field, production, or blue-collar roles is highly preferred
• Strong sourcing skills including:
• Boolean search
• AI sourcing tools
• Non-traditional recruitment channels
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
