Full-Time AI Video Producer — Permanent Role (U.S. Company)

We're a U.S.-based AI video production studio. We don't do "good enough." Our clients — real estate brokerages, insurance companies, commercial brands, and talent networks — pay us because the final video doesn't look AI-generated. It looks expensive.

We're hiring one full-time producer for a permanent position. Not a gig. Not a trial project that becomes three months of ghosting. A real seat on the team, with daily work, raises, and a path to lead.

What You'll Actually Do

Every day you'll be moving AI video from concept to finished deliverable. That means:

- Generating clips across Seedance, Kling, VEO, Sora, Runway, Pika, and HeyGen — and knowing which one wins for which shot before you burn credits on the wrong tool
- Chaining multi-clip sequences with last-frame continuity so a 30-second video feels like one take, not three fragments bolted together
- Making decisions about voice — when to run Minimax voice clones vs. native platform audio, when to re-dub, when to let it ride
- Finishing in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve — cutting to pace, mixing audio that doesn't fatigue, adding captions that match brand typography, color-matching shots that don't agree with each other out of the generator
- Splicing pre-built branded end cards so cleanly that no one can tell where the generated content stops and the end card starts
- Catching the stuff that kills AI video: warped hands, collapsing backgrounds, four-fingered reflections, eyes that drift, lip-sync that's half a frame off, lighting that jumps between shots. You see it before we do, and you fix it before it ships.

We'll give you the briefs, the scripts, the character references, and the brand standards. You take it from there.

Who We're Looking For

This role suits someone who:

- Already treats AI video as their craft, not a side experiment. You've been in the tools long enough to have opinions about them.
- Gets visibly annoyed by bad AI output and can't help fixing it
- Works fast without getting sloppy — we ship volume, not hero projects
- Communicates clearly in written English and is comfortable on a Loom or a quick call when something needs to be talked through
- Overlaps a reasonable chunk of the day with U.S. Eastern time
- Wants stability. This is a job, not a portfolio-building stop.

How to Apply

Send us three things:

1. Two to four samples of AI video you personally produced. Mix of styles if you have them. We want to see avatar work, multi-clip sequences, and anything with branded finishing (lower thirds, end cards, captions). Traditional editing reels alone won't qualify — we need AI-generated work.

2. A short note (no more than a paragraph or two) telling us which AI video tools you reach for first and why, and one example of a shot or sequence that was hard to get right and how you solved it. We're not looking for an essay. We're looking for how you think.

3. Your availability (hours per week, time zone overlap) and your monthly rate expectation.

That's it. If the samples are strong and the note shows real taste, we'll respond within a few days with next steps.

No samples, no response. Stock reels, template work, or other people's videos with your name on them will be obvious and disqualifying.
