Phone specialist (cold calling)

I'm looking for someone to take phone calls for my outbound sales agency. We run outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn) for B2B SaaS clients selling into European ecommerce, and we need someone to handle the phone side — calling prospects who've shown interest, qualifying them, and booking demos with our client's sales team.

You'll be talking with ecommerce directors, heads of digital, and merchandising managers at mid-market online retailers across Europe. Most calls are warm: people who replied to our sequences, opened multiple emails, or asked a question we couldn't close over text. Your job is to have a real conversation, figure out if they're a fit, handle light objections, and get the right ones booked onto a demo calendar. Not a dialing-for-dollars role. Clear script and objection library provided, you don't need to know the product inside out on day one.

I'll need you to work CET (Central European Time), Monday to Friday, 10AM to 6PM. That's roughly 5PM to 1AM Manila time. I only want to hear from people who already work European or US hours and are comfortable long-term on a night shift — please don't apply if you're currently on a day schedule and planning to switch.
