ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Lead Conversion Specialist (ISA) to help grow our real estate and mortgage business in Georgia. This role is responsible for contacting, nurturing, qualifying, and converting buyer and seller leads into appointments, signed clients, and ultimately closed transactions.
You will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients and play a critical role in helping buyers and sellers choose our brokerage. Success in this role requires strong sales skills, persistence, excellent communication, consistent follow-up, and a results-driven mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Conversion
• Make high-volume outbound calls to new, existing, and dormant buyer and seller leads.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from online, referral, advertising, and database-generated leads.
• Build rapport with prospects, uncover their needs, and qualify their motivation, timeline, and readiness.
• Consistently nurture leads through multiple touchpoints until they are ready to move forward.
• Overcome objections and educate prospects on the value of working with our brokerage.
• Guide buyers and sellers toward scheduling consultations and signing with our brokerage.
• Follow structured scripts while maintaining natural and professional conversations.
Appointment Setting
• Schedule qualified appointments for agents and loan officers.
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates through proactive follow-up.
• Ensure prospects are properly prepared before appointments.
• Coordinate with agents to maximize appointment attendance and conversion opportunities.
Sales & Revenue Support
• Contribute directly to lead-to-client conversion and business growth.
• Support agents and loan officers in converting opportunities into signed agreements and closed transactions.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects who are not yet ready to transact.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and sales processes.
• Participate in sales strategy discussions and lead conversion initiatives.
CRM & Pipeline Management
• Maintain accurate CRM records, lead statuses, notes, and follow-up schedules.
• Create and manage action plans for every active lead.
• Track prospects throughout the entire sales pipeline.
• Ensure no lead is left without a follow-up plan.
• Monitor pipeline health and provide regular activity and performance updates.
Automation & Marketing Support
• Assist with CRM automation, lead routing, and drip campaign management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience in real estate, mortgage, inside sales, appointment setting, lead generation, lead conversion, or a similar sales-focused role.
• Demonstrated success converting leads into appointments, consultations, signed clients, or closed transactions.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience handling objections and moving prospects through the sales process.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Sierra Interactive, Follow Up Boss, Lasso, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Real Estate ISA (Inside Sales Agent) experience.
• Experience supporting Realtors, real estate teams, brokerages, or mortgage professionals.
• Familiarity with Georgia real estate processes and terminology.
• Experience working with Zillow,
• Knowledge of lead scoring, pipeline management, CRM automation, and drip campaigns.
• Experience meeting appointment-setting, conversion, and sales targets.
