Hiring Pinterest & Affiliate Virtual Assistant (Part-Time ? Full-Time Opportunity | Remote)

Hi! I’m looking for a creative and highly organized virtual assistant to help me grow my Pinterest + affiliate content and support the backend of my online business.

This role is a mix of content creation, organization, and affiliate support.

Main responsibilities:• Create Pinterest pins (lifestyle/mom/affiliate-style content)• Create and organize Benable boards/posts• Schedule content using Publer (or similar tool)• Upload and manage discount codes on coupon websites• Organize and maintain affiliate links, codes, and brand assets• Track affiliate applications, approvals, and logins

You will be responsible for:• Designing clean, aesthetic pins (Canva or similar)• Writing simple, click-friendly titles and captions• Posting consistently and staying organized• Maintaining a clean, easy-to-understand tracking system (Google Sheets or similar)• Keeping all links, codes, and brand info updated

I will provide:• Affiliate links + discount codes• Brand list + content direction• Examples of the style I’m looking for

Looking for someone who:• Has experience with Pinterest OR is willing to learn quickly• Has a good eye for aesthetic, engaging content• Is highly organized and detail-oriented• Is comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel / Airtable• Communicates well and is reliable• Bonus: understands affiliate marketing or mom/lifestyle niche

Position details:This will start as a part-time role, with the goal of growing into a full-time position as the business scales ????

Growth opportunity:This role can expand into content support (editing, repurposing, etc.) over time
