We are a U.S.-based Managed Service Provider focused on helping mid-sized businesses (20–200 employees) improve IT performance, security, and operational efficiency.
We are building a modern outbound sales engine and are looking for a Revenue Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist to support our SDR team, manage campaigns, and help generate qualified sales appointments.
This is NOT a social media role — this is a revenue-focused marketing role tied directly to sales results.
???? What You’ll Be Responsible For
???? SDR & Campaign Support (Primary Focus)
Build and manage outbound
Create and optimize
Upload and manage prospect lists in HubSpot
Support SDRs with messaging and targeting
???? HubSpot / CRM Management
Manage contacts, pipelines, and workflows
Ensure clean and organized data
Track campaign performance
???? Sales Enablement Materials
Maintain and improve:
Sales decks
One-page leave-behinds
Light marketing collateral
???? Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor:
Reply rates
Meetings booked
Improve campaigns based on results
???? Requirements (READ CAREFULLY)
? MUST HAVE:
3+ years in marketing, marketing ops, or lead generation
Experience using HubSpot (required)
Experience supporting outbound or SDR teams
Strong written English
B2B marketing experience
Experience with
Understanding of sales funnels
