Podcast short form editor (2 Years+ Adobe Premiere)

We're looking for a short-form video editor to cut clips and reels for a music interview podcast with 60M+ views in its first year.
What you'll do:

Edit short-form clips (reels, shorts, TikToks) from long-form podcast episodes
Work from provided templates, timestamps, and creative direction
Hit consistent daily turnaround on assigned selects

Requirements:

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (you will be turning in the project files)
Solid fundamentals in clipping and pacing (knows how to find the in/out, keep energy up, cut the fat)
Takes direction well and iterates quickly on notes
Experience downloading files from YouTube like b roll and instrumentals
Can follow established templates without reinventing them

Nice to have:

Interest in popular English music or interview content
Experience editing for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or TikTok
