About Us
We manage a growing portfolio of high-performing Airbnb properties and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support guest communication and daily operations.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be helping guests in real time, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Schedule
Thursday to Sunday
4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Eastern Time)
Key Responsibilities
Respond to Airbnb guest messages promptly and professionally
Assist with booking questions, check-in/check-out instructions, and guest concerns
Help manage Airbnb Resolution Center cases and damage claims
Call guests when needed to quickly resolve urgent issues
Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance via WhatsApp
Use translation tools to communicate with Spanish-speaking guests
Monitor Ring cameras when needed for security and operations
Assist with troubleshooting smart locks (Schlage) and access issues
Escalate urgent matters appropriately
Requirements
Experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals is a plus
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable using translation tools (Spanish is helpful but not required)
Familiarity with the Airbnb Resolution Center is a plus
Willing to make phone calls when needed
Comfortable learning or using Ring systems and smart locks
Organized, responsive, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
