About the Role
This is a hybrid support + recovery role focused on:
• Customer Support (Inbound)
• Customer De-escalation
• Revenue Recovery (Outbound)
You’ll assist customers with:
• Orders, subscriptions, billing, and shipping
• Payment issues and incomplete orders
• Resolving concerns while protecting company revenue
This is NOT aggressive sales — it’s about smart problem-solving and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Customer Support (Inbound)
• Handle calls, chats, and
• Assist with orders, subscriptions, billing, and shipping
• Process refunds, reships, and adjustments
• Clearly explain products and policies
• Document all interactions accurately
Customer De-escalation
• Handle frustrated or upset customers professionally
• Reduce refunds, chargebacks, and escalations
• Guide customers toward fair, policy-aligned solutions
Revenue Recovery (Outbound)
• Follow up on declined payments and incomplete orders
• Help customers complete purchases
• Offer approved solutions (pause, delay, partial refund)
• Meet recovery and contact targets
Quality & Compliance
• Follow scripts, workflows, and Nutra compliance rules
• Avoid medical claims or advice
• Participate in QA reviews and AI-assisted coaching
Requirements
• At least 1-year BPO / call center experience
• Strong spoken and written English
• Experience handling difficult or upset customers
• Calm, professional communication style
• Willingness to follow scripts and QA processes
• Available for full-time US night shift
Nice to Have
• E-commerce or subscription support experience
• Retention or recovery experience
• CRM/order management tools experience
Work From Home Requirements
• PC/Laptop (Intel i5 or equivalent, 8GB RAM minimum)
• Stable high-speed internet
• USB noise-canceling headset
