Phone Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated and confident Phone Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, speak with prospective clients, build rapport quickly, explain our services clearly, and help guide leads through the sales process.

The ideal candidate is professional, fluent in English, persuasive on the phone, and comfortable working in a sales environment. Previous phone sales or call center experience is preferred, but strong communication skills and a great attitude are just as important.

Responsibilities
- Answer and make outbound calls to follow up with leads and re-engage potential clients
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Clearly explain company services
- Overcome objections and confidently guide prospects toward a sale
- Accurately document call notes and update CRM records
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales goals
- Work closely with management and tea ---------- mbers to improve performance
