JOB OVERVIEW

Dear Applicant,

We run a fast-growing branded eCommerce business selling sportswear. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team for a long-term position.

This role requires strict adherence to processes, consistency, and professionalism. If you are not detail-oriented or do not follow instructions carefully, this role is not for you.

Required Tools & Platforms (Mandatory)
You must already have experience with:

Shopify (eCommerce platform)
Workflows (Google Drive)
Loom videos
Chatgpt
Whatsapp (Communication)
Gmail
Working in a team

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints accurately and professionally
Process and report refunds and complaints
Respond to emails regarding tracking, refunds, and FAQs
Reply to all customers within 24 hours (strict requirement)
Follow SOPs and internal processes exactly as instructed
Maintain clear, consistent, and error-free communication
Avoid mistakes such as duplicate replies, vague answers, or off-topic responses

Requirements
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Minimum 2 years of Customer Support experience
Experience in eCommerce/dropshipping is highly preferred
Available for weekly team calls
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Available to start immediately
Willing to complete a week trial period
Available for 40 hours per week (full-time)
Not working another full-time job
