We are a marketing agency that helps electricians and concrete contractors get more clients through paid advertising. We are growing fast and need a dedicated cold caller to book discovery calls with business owners across the United States.
This is a long-term, full-time role. We are not looking for someone to test for a week — we want to find the right person and build something together. If you are disciplined, competitive, and love talking to people, this role will suit you well.
Your one job: Call business owners (electricians and concrete contractors) from a list we provide, follow a proven script, and book 20-minute discovery calls for our agency owner. You are not closing deals — you are starting conversations.
What you will do every day:
--Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to US-based trade businesses
--Follow a provided script and handle common objections confidently
--Log every call outcome in a shared Google Sheet or simple CRM
--Book qualified discovery calls directly into the agency owner's calendar
--Send follow-up messages (text or
--Join a short daily check-in call (15 minutes) to review the previous day's results
What we are looking for:
>At least 1 year of outbound cold calling or BPO experience — this is required
>Clear, confident English with a neutral or easily understood accent
>Comfortable calling business owners who may be skeptical or busy
>Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
>Available to work US business hours (Eastern or Central time preferred)
>Self-motivated — you hit your daily call targets without being chased
>Experience with Google Sheets, Calendly, or any basic CRM is a plus

Stand out with your application:
Please record a 60–90 second voice or video introduction telling us: (1) your cold calling background, (2) one objection you have handled well in the past and how you handled it, and (3) why you want this role. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to do a short paid trial — we will give you a script, a list of 20 numbers, and ask you to make calls while we listen in. This takes about two hours and you will be compensated for your time regardless of the outcome.
