What you'll do
Consult with prospective clients to assess their life and health insurance needs
Present and enroll clients in appropriate insurance products
Manage your pipeline using our CRM and quoting tools
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention
Work inbound warm leads — no cold calling or door knocking required
What we provide
Agency-funded leads or exclusive vendor lead rates (no upfront cost on Tracks 1 & 2)
Full CRM, auto-dialer, quoting tools, and enrollment platforms
In-house customer service team handling client retention and back-office support
Continuous coaching, product education, and compliance training
E&O insurance coverage under the agency policy (or optional personal coverage)
Discounted agent licensing for new entrants — approx. $200 upfront
Qualifications
Required:
Active Life & Health insurance license (2-15 or state equivalent) — OR willingness to obtain
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
Preferred (not required):
Prior experience in life, health, Medicare, or ACA insurance sales
Familiarity with CRM systems and insurance quoting platforms
Bilingual candidates are a plus
