Creative Video & AI Content Manager (YouTube & Shorts)

We are looking for a long?term Video & AI Content Manager who can create high?retention videos for YouTube and short?form platforms (Shorts, TikTok/Reels) and support us with AI?driven content creation.

You should be able to create videos in a similar style and quality to these examples (strong hooks, fast cuts, subtitles, B?roll, dynamic pacing):

This is an important role in our content system, not just basic editing.

Responsibilities

Edit short?form and simple long?form videos for YouTube and Shorts in a similar style to the examples above

Add subtitles, B?roll, effects and pattern interrupts to keep viewers watching

Use AI tools for scripts, ideas, faceless/stock?style videos and faster production

Turn one idea or video into multiple assets (shorts, clips, posts)

Keep content organized (assets, simple tracking, basic planning)

Requirements

Strong portfolio with short?form videos (3–5 links required)

Very good understanding of modern short?form style (hooks, pacing, subtitles, trends)

Confident in at least one editor (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci or similar)

Experience or strong interest in AI tools for video and content

Reliable, detail?oriented, good written English and clear communication
