Short form content analyst (Viral clip finder)

We’re hiring someone to watch long-form podcast and video content (anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours) and identify high-potential viral ---------- nts for short-form platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

Your role is not editing — it’s identifying what ---------- nts are worth turning into clips.

Training will be provided, but we’re looking for someone who already has a strong instinct for what resonates with large audiences online.

Responsibilities:

- Watch long-form video podcasts from start to finish
- Identify ---------- nts that would perform well as short-form content
- Provide clear timestamps for each selected ---------- nt
- Write a short description explaining:
- What the ---------- nt is about
- Why it would go viral on social media
- Follow simple systems and templates provided

Requirements:

- Fluent English (listening and comprehension)
- Strong understanding of what goes viral on social media
- Ability to recognize emotion, storytelling, insight, controversy, or relatability
- High attention to detail and strong focus
- Comfortable watching long videos
- Reliable and consistent

Nice to Have:

- Experience with social media, content analysis, or clipping
- Understanding of short-form platforms and audience psychology
