AI Content Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented AI Content QA Specialist to join our production team. Your primary role is to audit, edit, and finalize AI-generated e-learning course content on the HeyGen platform. This is a post-production role focusing on visual consistency, text accuracy, and audio quality.

Responsibilities:

Content Audit: Review HeyGen projects to identify and remove duplicate or redundant slides.

Copy Editing: Perform text-based edits within the HeyGen platform, specifically replacing flagged keywords (e.g., updating terminology as instructed).

Visual QA: Inspect slide layouts to ensure text is formatted correctly, resizing or adjusting elements that have not rendered properly.

Audio QC: Listen to generated audio for each slide to ensure AI voice quality meets our standards, identifying and flagging and replacing any "robotic" or unnatural-sounding clips.

Finalization: Prepare the project for final export once all edits are complete.

Requirements:

Exceptional attention to detail (this is a high-volume, precision-based role).

Basic experience with AI video tools or content editing platforms (experience with HeyGen is a major plus).

Ability to follow a strict Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) consistently.

Reliable internet connection and ability to listen to audio clearly.
