Online Fitness Setter (DM Sales Role)

We’re looking for a driven, confident communicator to join our team as a Setter for an online training and nutrition coaching business.

This role is simple in structure, but powerful in impact.

You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your job is to start conversations, build trust, and guide qualified individuals toward booking a call or taking the next step.

If you enjoy talking to people, asking the right questions, and helping others take action, this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Messaging new leads through social media (primarily Instagram/Facebook)
Starting conversations and building rapport
Asking structured questions to understand their goals, struggles, and motivations
Identifying strong potential clients
Guiding qualified leads toward booking calls or moving forward
Keeping conversations organized and followed up consistently

What Makes Someone Great in This Role:

Strong communication skills (you can hold a natural, engaging conversation)
Confident asking questions and leading conversations
Ability to read people and adapt your approach
Consistent and reliable with daily outreach and follow-ups
Comfortable handling objections and hesitation
Coachable and open to feedback

Bonus (Not Required):

Experience in fitness, coaching, or online business
Previous sales or DM setting experience

Someone inconsistent with daily effort
