What You’ll Be Doing
Get hands-on with real financial data, reporting, and analysis
Support backend accounting while learning how it connects to bigger financial decisions
Assist in preparing insights and materials for leadership-level financial discussions
Work directly with management on financial and operational support
Help build and maintain systems, reports, and dashboards
Take on ad hoc projects that push you beyond your comfort zone

What We’re Looking For
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Tech-savvy — comfortable with spreadsheets, tools, and learning new systems quickly
Not afraid to ask questions, take initiative, and figure things out
Someone who wants more than just a “job” — you want to build real skills
