Part-Time Affiliate Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (UK-based Hours)
Hours: Part-time (15–25 hours per week, flexible)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + performance incentives

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Affiliate Marketing Manager to grow and optimise our affiliate programme. You’ll take ownership of partner recruitment, relationship management, and performance optimisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building partnerships, analysing performance data, and testing new ideas in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Affiliate Programme Management

Manage and optimise our affiliate programme (currently on Awin, with potential expansion)
Monitor daily performance, ensuring campaigns meet revenue and ROI targets
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and partner performance

- Partner Recruitment & Growth

Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners (content creators, publishers, comparison sites, influencers)
Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners
Develop tailored outreach strategies to attract high-quality affiliates

- Campaign & Promotion Management

Plan and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activity
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, offers, and creative assets
Ensure affiliates are equipped with up-to-date content, tracking links, and guidance

- Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track KPIs such as traffic, conversions, CPA, and revenue
Provide regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Use data to inform strategy and optimise partner activity

- Platform & Industry Development

Explore opportunities to expand beyond Awin to other affiliate platforms
Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Test new partnership models and growth channels

Key Skills & Experience

Essential

Proven experience managing affiliate programmes (agency or in-house)
Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g. Awin or similar)
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently

Desirable

Experience recruiting affiliates from scratch or scaling a programme
Knowledge of performance marketing channels (SEO, paid media, content)
Familiarity with tracking, attribution, and conversion optimisation
Experience working in a marketplace or platform-based business
