JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role: I am a Registered Nurse and Life Coach managing two distinct YouTube brands: Elder Care Unfiltered with Sondra (geriatric care and advocacy) and Lumina Life 50+ (transitions and legacy coaching). I am looking for a highly organized editor to take over the "tedious" part of production so I can focus on filming and coaching.

Responsibilities:

Long-form Editing: Edit two 10–15 minute YouTube videos per week (one for each channel).

Shorts Extraction: Pull 3–5 high-impact vertical clips (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) from every long-form video.

CapCut Workflow: Use CapCut Pro (Desktop) to add captions, transitions, and polish based on my provided "Video Script Builder" notes.

Asset Management: Organize files within Google Drive/Dropbox to ensure a smooth Sunday-to-Thursday production cycle.

Note: I will be handling the actual publishing/uploading; your job is to have the files "ready to post."

Design 2 main thumbnails per week (one for each channel).

Create 1–2 "A/B test" variations for each video if requested.

Use Photoshop or Canva Pro to create professional-grade layouts.

Follow the specific hooks and "Teaching Points" in my Content System PDF.

Ensure all text is readable on mobile screens (where most of my audience watches).

Requirements:

I am a CapCut Pro expert (Please start your application with this exact phrase so I know you read the post).

Must be able to follow a structured Content System (I have a detailed PDF manual for you to follow).

Experience with "Talking Head" style videos and adding engaging, accurate captions.

Reliable internet and ability to meet a weekly Thursday deadline.

How to Apply: Please send a link to your portfolio or 2–3 specific examples of long-form videos and vertical shorts you have edited.
