Video Editor – Content Creator / Social Media

About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content across multiple platforms as well as trailers and thumbnails.

Responsibilities:
    •    Edit short and long-form video content tailored to each platform's format and audience
    •    Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and full-length YouTube videos
    •    Handle color grading, transitions, audio syncing, and visual effects
    •    Manage and organize raw footage and deliver finished content on schedule
    •    Adapt content for multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1)
    •    Maintain a consistent aesthetic and brand identity across all platforms
    •    Communicate directly with the creator to understand their vision and execute it
Requirements:
    •    Experience editing for social media platforms
    •    Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
    •    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    •    Discretion and professionalism when handling private or sensitive content
    •    Portfolio of previous work required
    •    Experience working with individual content creators
