Role: Business Planning & Analysis Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based)
Salary: PHP 70,000–80,000/month + performance incentive
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (flexible, aligned to HK/global time zones)

What You Will Do

Analyze service challenges and develop structured proposals (problem ? hypothesis ? initiative)
Conduct market research for new business opportunities
Build P&L models and design business workflows from scratch
Prepare documentation for partnerships, vendor negotiations, and stakeholder alignment
Translate data and analysis results into clear business insights and recommendations
Create business plans, process flow documents, and presentation materials independently
Requirements

Graduate of a 4-year university. Graduates from UP, Ateneo, DLSU, UST, or equivalent institutions are especially encouraged to apply.
Business-level English — written and spoken (assessed during interview)
Proven experience in business planning — you can structure a proposal from problem identification through to recommended action
Able to build a P&L model independently and understand revenue/cost structures
Strong data literacy — you can read analysis outputs and articulate business implications
Strong documentation skills — you produce clear, structured business documents without being asked twice
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have

Experience in tech, SaaS, AI, or entertainment-related industries
Exposure to new business development or startup environments
Experience in stakeholder or vendor-facing roles
