About the Role
Protek Pest Control is looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth in a competitive home-services market. As CMO, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that positions Protek as the trusted, go-to pest control provider in our region. You will own our brand voice, customer acquisition channels, and long-term growth initiatives across digital, traditional, and community-based marketing.
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the owner. You will shape how homeowners and businesses discover, trust, and choose Protek for all their pest control needs.
What You’ll Do

Develop and lead the company’s overall marketing strategy, including digital, social, SEO, PPC, email, content, and traditional advertising
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team (or agency partnerships) focused on lead generation and brand awareness
Oversee all customer-facing messaging, website, and online presence to ensure a consistent, professional brand experience
Create targeted campaigns for residential and commercial pest control services (ants, rodents, termites, bed bugs, etc.)
Analyze performance data and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI and lead quality
Partner closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing with real customer needs and service delivery
Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and community initiatives to expand our market share

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a CMO, VP of Marketing, or senior marketing leader (home services, pest control, or similar B2C industry preferred)
Strong track record of building successful marketing strategies that drive measurable lead growth and revenue
Deep expertise in digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, email automation, and analytics tools)
Creative thinker with excellent writing and storytelling skills who can make pest control feel approachable and trustworthy
Data-driven decision maker who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire a marketing team
Passion for the home-services industry and a desire to help families and businesses live pest-free
