You'll be the dedicated developer maintaining and expanding 4+ WordPress sites built primarily on Elementor. Most of your work will be SEO-driven: building hyper-local landing pages, implementing schema, optimizing page speed, and turning content briefs into clean, conversion-focused pages. We move fast and use AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT) to amplify output — you should be comfortable doing the same.

Use HTML/CSS to extend Elementor when the builder hits its limits
Keep backends clean and organized (naming, structure, reusable templates — no copy-paste bloat)

Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to work faster without losing quality
