The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hungry, proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship building.
This is not a passive role—we need someone who is confident reaching out to decision-makers, starting conversations, and booking qualified meetings.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research and identify potential clients (U.S.-based companies)
Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, directories, and databases
Focus on decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, HR leaders, Office Managers)
Outreach & Engagement
Execute outbound outreach via:
LinkedIn messages
Cold
Personalize messaging based on company needs
Start meaningful conversations (not spam outreach)
Appointment Setting
Qualify leads based on EPS services
Schedule discovery calls for the founder
Maintain a consistent pipeline of booked meetings
CRM & Tracking
Track all activity in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Update lead status and notes regularly
Maintain organized and clean data
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Daily outreach activity (messages/emails)
Meetings booked per week
Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
Pipeline growth and quality
Who We’re Looking For
Required Skills
Strong written and spoken English
Experience in:
Lead generation
Cold outreach
Appointment setting or sales support
Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based professionals
Personality Traits
Self-starter (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
Confident communicator
Results-driven and goal-oriented
Detail-oriented and organized
Nice to Have (Bonus)
Experience in HR, recruiting, payroll, or B2B services
Familiarity with:
CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Apollo or similar tools
Work Setup
Remote (Philippines-based)
Must have some overlap with U.S. business hours (Central Time preferred)
Full-time or part-time options available
